This will sound very dumb, but how do you hold the bottle when you feed the baby EBM? Is he supposed to "suck out" the contents like he does while nursing or is the bottle supposed to...

We always hold it at an angle, and if it is just flowing in then perhaps the nipple hole is too big? The bottle will always be easier than the breast, but by getting the lowest flow you can find...

Yep, you hold it up at an angle. Just make sure you are using a slow flow nipple of some kind. ~Cole
